Lifting floor
8 Olympic platforms, power racks, bumper plates, dumbbells from 5 to 150 lbs, and specialty bars.
Forge started in a 2,000 sq ft warehouse with 6 barbells and a belief that good training should not require a bodybuilding background.
Founders Marcus Stone and Maya Rodriguez wanted a floor where a first-timer and a competitor could train side by side, where coaching mattered more than mirrors.
Today Forge is 15,000 sq ft with 18 coaches, 2,400 members, and a recovery suite. The approach has not changed: show up, work hard, back each other.
